Water and air-cooled camera housing
The water flow cooled camera housing system was developed in order to use a traditional surveillance camera in temperatures of up to 450°C.
The compressed air supply enables permanent cooling and cleaning of the front lens, thus avoiding the very costly use of a sapphire lens.
The volume of the casing allows the use of a fixed focus lens and also the zoom function.
Examples of use
- Metallurgy :unloading of slabs, transport of ladles, checking slabs (continuous hot strip processes).
- Glass-making:monitoring glass sheets removed from tempering.
- Cement-making: material removal.
Air-cooled camera housing
The leak-tight and ventilated camera cases enable traditional surveillance cameras to be used in especially dusty environments.
The compressed air supply enables permanent cooling and cleaning of the front lens, enabling clear vision in temperatures up to 80°C.
The volume of the casing allows the use of a fixed focus lens and also the zoom function.
