Video-endoscopes
CESYCO video-scopes are simple and modular, but use the most advanced technology. They offer good image quality thanks to a micro-camera integrated directly into the tip of the cooling jacket. Our range includes several different configurations in order to satisfy all types of needs and budgets.
Fields of use
- Heat process constant monitoring : monitor production in real-time.
- Furnace control : survey and optimise furnace operation.
- Decision making aid : anticipate and plan servicing in accordance with the images obtained.
Examples of use
- Metallurgy : checking slabs (continuous hot strip processes).
- Reheating furnace: monitoring production of billets and sheet metal.
- Waste incineration: monitoring fire position. Checking that waste is correctly incinerated.
- Energy : monitoring start-up of heating boilers and viewing combustion.
Technical characteristics
The video-endoscope is made up of a double-lined cooling jacket. The type of steel from which this jacket is made varies in accordance with its intended use.
The diameters range from 89 mm and 120 mm, and lengths extend up to 4000 mm.
This endoscope can be directly inserted into furnaces or used with a protective wall bracket.
Protective wall bracket
The protective wall bracket is designed to increase the safety of video-endoscopes and facilitate maintenance. It can be used on walls in temperatures of up to 200°C.
The protective wall bracket is fitted with a cover plate controlled by a pneumatic jack. This safety device protects the video-endoscope in case the cooling systems malfunction.
